Extra charges and reductions

• Reduction for children sleeping in the 3rd bed:
   until 2 years free of charge
   2 to 6 years -50%
   6 to 12 years -30%
• Extra charge for single rooms: + € 20,00
  (single occupancy of double rooms)
• For dogs we charge € 5,00 per day (without food). On demand only.

General conditions

• Check-in and Check-out
  On the day of arrival the rooms are ready after 2.30 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave before 10 a.m.
  In case of a late arrival (after 6 p.m.) please inform us by phone.
• Reservation
  Reservations must be confirmed in writing.
• Terms of cancellation
  In case of cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival we have to withhold the deposit. In case of last-minute cancellations, delayed arrivals or/and anticipated departures we charge the whole stay (breakfast excluded). With the payment of the deposit the general booking conditions, especially the terms of cancellation, are considered as understood and legally accepted.
• Payment options
  Credit cards or bancomat are not accepted. We accept cash only.
